Shortly after posting our essay on Finding Brighid in the Ancient Lore, we happened upon another obscure source about the Brighid who was married to the famous bard Senchan Torpeist. Elsewhere known as Great Brid of the Horses, she is referred to in this story as Brigid Bratbru or Cloak-Belly. The new anecdote with commentary has now been added to the essay.
